For this citrus mobile you’ll need your choice of citrus fruit, a paper towel, baking paper, a sharp knife and baking sheets. Preheat your oven to 120 degrees Celsius and wash and dry your fruit. With a sharp knife, slice the fruit into 1/4 inch thick rounds. If the slices are too thin, they will curl when baking. With the paper towel, thoroughly soak up excess juice from each side of the sliced fruit. Doing this will greatly reduce your baking time.
