We already showed a stylish transformation of IKEA’s dining table and here is one more transformation. You can turn a RAST chest of drawers into a stylish bedside table that will won’t look like IKEA product anymore.
First of all you need to assemble the chest of drawers. Although prime the fronts of drawers and paint them in your favorite oil before the assembling. Stain the fully built body of the table. Any stain will work fine here. Cover all surfaces with 2 coats of varnish after the stain had dried. Next throw out those ugly IKEA knobs and put in some beautiful ones. After that the bedside table is ready to move to your bedroom.
