To make this cool and simple Edison pendant light you’ll need a straight razor blade, polymer clay in any color, acrylic paints, a paint brush, painters tape and a light wire with a bulb. Shape the clay into a square or rectangle. Pop it into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and use your blade to slice off the edges so it looks like a cool geometric rock and all of the edges are flat and smooth. Use the straight razor to make a slice through the middle of the shape, use a card or piece of paper to make sure it fits in the slice well. Bake it, let cool and paint at least two coats. Alter them by poking a chopstick through for the hole to string on the light wire. Adorable!
