Picture of Apply Wax for a Distressed Finish
Using a plain wax candle, we rubbed the edges and random spots on each wooden piece. These waxed areas will resist the paint, creating that weathered, “chippy” look once we sand it. This step is super easy but adds so much character to the final piece.
