If you want to transform a pair of plain shoes or just refashion you old ones, here’s a way! The supplies are 4 x tulle fabric pieces, 2 x small felt circles, 2 shoe clips, a button, a glue gun, needle and thread. Now just fulfill all the actions in three easy steps. Pull the thread on both ends and gather the tulle. When you’re happy with the shape, tie the ends together. Stitch the button to the top of the pom-pom. Stitch the shoe clip neatly to the felt circle and then fix to the bottom using your glue gun. Repeat all the steps again to make the second shoe clip.
