Although these wooden ladders aren’t cheap. You can use the idea and make a rustic lantern hanger from any old ladder that you don’t use anymore. Such hanger would looks very good too. As lanterns you can use Mason Jars. To attach the chains without any drilling you can use some cheap C-clamps. And of course, don’t forget about simple chains to complete the look and to have something that you’ll attach to the ceiling.
