Now, how about making pom pom without a dedicated device? Just cut out two cardboard circles with a hole in the middle. I’ve done it both ways, and honestly, the cardboard method works just as well. Make about 9 pom poms, or however many your heart desires. I made 3 of each color. By the way, don’t stress if your pom poms aren’t perfectly round—imperfections are part of the charm, or at least that’s what I tell myself.
