This bold heart decoration is amazing for both indoors and outdoors for the coming Valentine’s Day. You’ll need crepe paper, chip board, a right-angled triangle (this one was 6″ x 6″ x 8.5″), a ruler, masking tape, a cutting blade, hot glue, cording to hang. Create a right-angled triangle. Cut out 20 from the chipboard. Lay them out like the image below, tracing around each. Use a ruler to make a 2″ border around the edge of the heart. Cut it out as so. To create the folded edge, it requires a half cut, a cut that doesn’t go all the way through the chipboard.
