Make a cute and little Christmas tree of a large pinecone. The piece can be made of a pinecone – first paint it green to make it look like a fir tree, then put it into a cool planter. You may use a usual tin can and paint it in some bold way, for example, make it ombre. Add lights to the pinecone – and voila, a your tree is done! (via pillarboxblue)
