Everybody today has a mobile, iPad, laptop and lots of similar stuff, and all those cords, cables and mobiles lying here and there can spoil your interior, create a mess and so on. To organize all that stuff, especially if there are lots of them, you can make a charging station. I’ve prepared a bunch of tutorials for you to realize yourself and make your home more neat.
The first up is a sewn pocket for your phone, and the main advantage of this piece is that you can hang it wherever you like, next to your socket or right on it if it’s possible, so no table space is taken, and the cables are neat inside.

The next charging station doesn’t require any sewing skills, just drill some holes for the cables in a wooden box and put your phones and iPads into compartments. You can also store your keys there, so it’s a perfect entryway piece.

IKEA gives us brilliant ideas as always, and today it’s a Ransby plate rack that you easily use for your laptops, iPads and phones. You can leave it as it is or change it the way you like and voila, no special skills required for this IKEA hack and you have a charging station.

One more piece from IKEA supplies is this charging station. Prepare Ikea Fintorp Flatware Caddy, Ikea Fintorp Hook, Ikea Fintorp Wire Basket w/Handle and create a wonderful hanging station of them to save some space. Here you’ll see faux potted plants but you may not add them or go for real ones.

If you have some wood and want a perfect organized charging station, this tutorial is for you. Make a wooden wall-mounted charging cabinet, just locate it around the socket, and no cables and wires will appear.

A charging station can be made of a couple of pretty boxes. If you have only usual boxes, you can cover them with some contact paper, then cut out some parts for the wires and voila! Stack the boxes and they’ll hide your mobiles and iPads.

This charging station is made of a shoe box and a power strip. The shoe box was covered with pretty contact paper and a power strip was placed inside. Then make cutouts on the sides and place mobiles on the box to charge.

A vintage wine crate can easily become a cool charging station. All you need to do is to make several shelves inside the box to place more devices there. Place a power strip on the lower shelf and your mobiles on upper ones to hide all the mess.

A simple drawer unit can be turned into a cool charging station. The upper drawer was taken out, and the lower one was stained with dark stain for a cooler look. A power strip can be placed into the lower drawer and the phones on it.
