Bento is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine, and to carry it you’ll need a tray. You can easily make it yourself and the supplies are a memory tray, DecoArt outdoor patio paint in Fiesta Yellow, Blue Bahama and Coral Sunset spray, angle oil painting brush, a small piece of 150 grit fine sandpaper, a straight edge and pencil. Using your straight end and pencil, draw a diagonal line inside each square. Apply the paint to each of the triangles and the inner side panels that the triangle is touching. Apply 2-3 coats of each color in order to capture the vibrancy. Using your sandpaper, sand off any paint stains that you’ve left behind. The rest of the tutorial is here, finish the tray and serve your meal!
