Ready to become a real Viking and tame Toothless and maybe even Day Fury? Just take scissors, glue, colored paper and make a funny “catch the ball” toy. Your kids will train motor skills and catch the ball together with their favorite characters of the cartoon “How to Train Your Dragon 3”.
Step by Step Toothless And Day Fury Catch The Ball
The supplies are colored paper and cardboard, a puncher, a stapler, scissors, some black thread, a sharpie, a pencil, a glue stick, a toilet paper roll.
Cut the white cardboard in halves to make the body of the dragon.
Roll it and secure with duct tape. If you have only paper at hand, use it and a toilet paper roll to make the body of the dragon. Cut a wide strip of paper, glue it and attach a toilet paper roll to it, then roll, secure with duct tape and cut off the excess.
Secure one part of the body with a stapler.
Draw and cut off a tail of white paper.
Attach the tail to the body of the dragon.
Draw and cut off a head out of white paper, add bright blue eyes using a glue stick. Take a black sharpie and draw the apples of the eyes, then add specks of white paper and eyelashes.
Fold white paper and draw a wing on it using a pencil, then cut it off and you’ll get two wings, attach them to the dragon body.
Glue the head to the dargon body.
Use a puncher to make some blue dots and attach them to the wings and back.
Take a small ball and attach it to the thread to form the desired toy. Voila! Btw, the video below shows how to make the Toothless catch the ball.
