The supplies are 3/4 yard of main cotton quilting fabric, you could also use something like terrycloth for extra absorbency, 1/2 yard of contrasting quilting fabric for the sides, 14 inch elastic, a sewing machine and matching thread. First measure the changing pad and draw a little sketch. After you pre-wash and dry your fabric, cut out one main piece and 2 side pieces.
